Camera Permission: Some of our apps may request access to your device's camera. This is used solely for app-specific functions such as uploading profile pictures, capturing documents, or scanning QR codes. Images are processed only upon your action and are never collected silently in the background.

Depending on the app you use, we may collect:

Personal Data: Name, mobile number, email address, and other identifiers needed for app functionality.
Authentication Data: Mobile numbers used for WhatsApp OTP verification and login.

Important Information for Wildflower Guest App Users:

As Wildflower is a hospitality brand, we are legally required to retain certain transactional records for tax, auditing, and legal compliance purposes. Here's what happens when you request deletion:

Immediate Anonymization: Your personal information (name, mobile number, birth date) will be immediately deleted or anonymized from our active systems. You will no longer be able to log in, and your profile will become anonymous.
Retention of Transactional Records: Membership purchase records, invoice numbers, payment amounts, and booking history must be retained for legal and regulatory compliance. This data will be permanently disassociated from your identity and kept in an anonymized form.
No New Communications: Once anonymized, you will no longer receive any communications from us regarding memberships or promotions.

For MainMan Users: You can use our in-app Delete Account feature. Once verified, all personal data including name, email, phone number, and uploaded documents will be removed from our servers within 30 days.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your personal data has been successfully anonymized or deleted as per your request.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or trade your personal data to outside parties. We may share data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services (such as hosting providers, payment processors, or analytics tools), provided they agree to keep this information confidential and comply with applicable data protection laws.

Access: You can view your information within each app's dashboard
